– Better chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms spreading southward across the region.
– Temperatures: 4-8 degrees above normal for most, trending closer to normal farther west.
Friday:
– Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly across Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas.
– Thunderstorms will largely push off to the east overnight.
– Temperatures: Largely within 2-4 degrees of normal, with a little above normal temperatures along the Atlantic Coast and a little below normal farther west.
