PBF’s Torrance Refinery Reports Flaring on September 19

MIAMI, FL (DTN) –PBF Energy reported flaring at its 166,000 bpd Torrance, California, refinery beginning September 19 at 11:05 a.m. PT, with the cause under investigation and no estimated stop time, according to a filing with the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
