Phillips 66 Los Angeles Refinery to Flare Sept. 7–30

MIAMI, FL (DTN) — Phillips 66 notified regulators it expects flaring at its 139,000 bpd Los Angeles, California, refinery to run from September 7 at 11:14 p.m. PT through September 30 at 11:59 p.m. due to startup and shutdown activity, according to a filing with the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
