– Elsewhere, mainly dry weather is forecast outside of a few stray showers along coastal regions.
– Temperatures: Within a couple of degrees of normal for all.

– Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected over the Florida Peninsula as well as the southern Appalachians, where a cold front will push in.
– Drier weather continues in the Carolinas and much of the Gulf Coast.
– Temperatures: Near seasonal along the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts, but 2-4 degrees below normal further inland.

– Dry weather persists elsewhere further inland.
– Temperatures: 4-8 degrees below normal for most, but near seasonal across Florida.
Tuesday:
– Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected over the Florida Peninsula.
– Drier weather continues from the Carolinas westward where high pressure will persist.
– Temperatures: Near seasonal along the Gulf Coast, trending 3-6 degrees below normal along the Atlantic Coast.
