Rain Moving to Great Lakes, Showers Redevelop in Plains Wednesday

Showers for the Great Lakes, Northern and Central Plains.
A weak system is bringing scattered showers to the Upper Midwest Tuesday afternoon. Those showers will move to the Great Lakes for Wednesday. Behind them, additional showers will redevelop in the Northern and Central Plains on Wednesday as well.
