Next Storm Entering Plains Wednesday

A storm system continues to move through the Midwest on Tuesday afternoon. Scattered thunderstorms have erupted in the vicinity of a low-pressure system and will continue to build through the afternoon and evening hours. Some of them may become severe with all modes of severe weather being possible. Another system is moving through the West this afternoon. That system will move into the Plains on Wednesday, where it will produce heavy snow across the Northern Plains and another round of severe weather across the Central and Southern Plains. The front from Tuesday’s system will continue showers in the Midwest as well.
