Showers Continue Near Front Friday

A front has largely stalled from the Central Plains to the Midwest on Thursday afternoon. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forming along the front. A few of those could produce some hail over northern Kansas this afternoon and evening. The front may slide a little further south for Friday, but will continue to produce scattered showers throughout the day. Some, but not all, dry areas in the Plains may pick up some needed rainfall, but will need more.
