Compared to last week, feeder steers 525 lb to 975 lb sold 15.00 higher to
15.00 lower. Feeder heifers 525 lb to 900 lb sold 7.00 to 20.00 higher, in
places 30.00 higher. Not enough steer and heifer calves under 525 lb for a
market test, however a definite higher trend was noted. Demand was good.
Slaughter cows sold 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold 6.00 to 10.00
higher, however 2 high yielding bulls sold for 221.
