Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 2.00 lower and Holstein slaughter
steers were 5.00 higher. Slaughter heifers were 2.00 higher. Slaughter cows
were 10.00 lower and Holstein slaughter cows were 3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls
were 2.00 higher and Holstein slaughter bulls were 13.00 higher. Choice/prime
slaughter lambs were mostly 20.00 higher with good demand. No comparison
available on slaughter kids due to a limited comparison, but good demand was
noted.
