FEEDER CATTLE 5264 3920 5189
Compared to last week: Feeder steers 650 lbs. and up sold unevenly steady,
feeder heifers 650 -850 lbs. sold unevenly steady. Demand was good. Fair amount
of large load lots. Today around 90 % of feeders were of Hereford influenced.
Their were a fair amount of Hereford and F1 heifers bought for replacement,
very good quality. The next feeder cattle auction will be Feb. 26th, expecting
6000 head of feeders, starting at 8:30 am.
