With last week being a light run, the sale from two weeks ago was a better
comparison and steers and heifers sold firm to 10.00 higher. Several reputation
strings of home raised cattle were offered and found very good demand as grass
orders are being finished up. Producers were rewarded for holding onto their
cattle this long with some of the highest prices seen yet in this rally. Supply
was moderate. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 higher.
